"I walked in. And 2 black workers were chatting away. Was trying to find seeds. Both seemed to ignore me at first. Then I was pointed in a direction. Black man walked another black customer to their needs. I was wandering. On checkout. The black lady was short and rude. Bad vibe. Won't come back again. This is my neighborhood ace. Sad Asian racism. i actually came by and cashier was polite but older white man acted like hed didnt want to help me. he was just rude. he helped me find a socket but when i asked for a turkey fryer he pointed in a direction towards pots. didn't see any turkey fryer. and they had one. over priced. finally got him to point it out under some junk. If this company had a clue they would stock up before turkey day duh!? Older people complain about younger people not working, but what about this? manager owner obviously doesnt care. or they would value customer feedback like mine. They are lazy workers. A few years ago, this place was the best in everybody would always help. downhill and odd. no manners and no respect for my dollar! came in again and needed something. didnt find it. NO HELP !!! same older white man would not help me. as a matter of fact was rude because i couldnt hear him. he repeated something i couldnt understand … some old saying about not knowing something, cause he doesnt know much. he then proceeded to tell me i already told you. i informed im hearing impaired. they need to watch out. discrimination and potential ADA violations. its costs this man ZEROnaDA! to me polite! realized autozone has everything i need! i dont want to generalize. i dont know if there are two people that look the same"

"I visit this Ace Hardware at least twice a month to fill my propane. Almost every time, I am told to wait on the person in the back. I have been told that 3 people are trained at the store to fill propane, seems like a good idea to bump those numbers up. It’s a very weird dynamic in this store. A whole family works here, and one associate refers to another as “mommy”. I would recommend taking your money somewhere else for propane services to save yourself the 20 min wait."

"The service was ok, but every employee except 1 was on break when I got there and several other customers were in need of assistance. I don't write reviews but I was overcharged and there was such a long line behind me that I didn't feel right making a huge deal about it. I bought 2 items each totaling less than $3 and was charged about $8. Either the cashier was incompetent or the items were labeled incorrectly, but in either case, I did not appreciate being overcharged."

"I had a plumbing issue that I felt I could fix. Ace not only had the part I needed but the employee gave me helpful information. I would not have been able to complete the job without his helpful hints. I'm grateful! I'm also DONE with Lowe's and Home Depot. Ace is my go-to."
