"The two previous negative reviews accurately summarize our experience. Shop installed a replacement convertible top. When the top would not work, Katie told us that the electronics would need to be reprogrammed by a dealer. The Audi dealership reported that the top was improperly installed. Three months later, the top is still not operational. Trim panels and cables are damaged. Again, we heard the same pattern of lies from Katie, and, with the facts against her, tried to attack my character by telling me that I was just trying to get something for free. I just want an operating top that I’ve already paid for!"

"These people don’t even deserve one star!!!! The owner KATIE WEEKS is a conniving woman!!!! She will lie and give you an amazing quote but when it’s time to come pick up your product...she nearly DOUBLES the price. We had no intentions of getting our boat seats reupholstered but she talked us into it and gave us a great price...so why not?! Now, she is calling me names, asking where I got my education from and telling me to go to hell!!! This woman deserves to have no one’s business!! KATIE WEEKS IS A LIAR AND FRAUD!! DON’T GIVER HER YOUR BUSINESS!!!"

"Worse Upholstery Experience-Owner took it upon herself to choose & install the color & fabric on headliner of our vehicle without it meeting our approval. Left stains & damage. The agreed upon price was $300. That was the price she gave us. And we accepted it. We were called on Thursday that the car was ready. Upon inspection, the color was several shades whiter than the sunroof. Stains were seen on the fabric and on the sides of the roof. Damage to the edges of where they pried the liner off. When confronted she stated she tried to get as close to the color as possible. It looks like day & night. She took it upon herself to choose the color without getting our approval. All she had to do was call and ask for our approval on the color. She argues that she told us that she would get it to the color as close as possible and that WE should have told her to call us before she put it in. This sounds backwards. She should have called US before installation if she new the color was not going to be what was agreed upon. We tried to reason with her asking if she could redo it with the color we chose, which was a color nearest to the one for the sunroof. This time it would be our choosing and if it didn't match up it would be our fault. She said to take it Monday, April 30th. We just took it up there and tried to suggest to her if would be easier to replace the fabric on the sunroof instead of replacing the entire headlining. She stated she would have to charge us another $250-$300 more. I told her that it was not our fault that they made a mistake. She was getting angry but I kept my calm. Not once did I raise my voice. The guy in the back is witness to this. She stated that it would be more difficult seeing it was a foreign car. They deal in upholstery & have been doing so for 30+ years. They accepted the job to begin with. They should have the tools to be able to a good job. She accused us of trying to cheat her. The pictures say a thousand words. She then told me to leave or she would call the police and she was not going to give us a refund back. I tried to tell her if she could replace it with the color. But she walked away and called my husband a liar. She has no customer service skills. She was very rude. She forced her opinion on us and did not try to fix her mistake. When we asked for a refund she stated she was already doing the work for less than what it was worth. The price she gave us was not a negotiation. She gave us the price and we accepted it. She was told what vehicle it was. But she kept complaining that it was a difficult job. She shouldn't have accepted it. We are left with a liner 3-4 shades lighter than the sunroof and stains and damages. Do not recommend at all."

"Couldn't tell there had been a repair at all on a 10 year old pickup truck seat. One day service for a fair price. Hard to find a business like this one anymore. Five stars!!"
