"Lovesac website can be a bit confusing. I’m extremely glad I came in and talked to Victoria about our “dream couch” for our living room. She laid everything out and explained how to put the cushions on and take them off, the lifetime warranty, how to arrange, and that we could continue adding on to the couch later. She was one of the best sales people I have ever encountered and she was like an instant “best friend” who actually car led about my decision. She made everything so EASY! Glad I ordered from there instead of the website - especially because I met a GREAT person who Loves the product they are selling!!!! Thank you Victoria!"
"Victoria was awesome. Customer service turning out not so good. Within my 60 days wanted to swap out a few pieces for some different pieces. I received everything and one of the covers was wrong. They don’t have enough trust in their customers to resolve their own issue until I send the $85 cover back that won’t even work with my setup."

"Their setup is a small area inside Best Buy. The worker we worked with was very friendly and helpful with helping us decide what would best work with our home and lifestyle. The product will arrive within 2 weeks directly to our home. Update. We got our couch and we are super satisfied. Set up takes some time and stretching the velcro over the pieces will hurt your fingers. After its set up though its great."
