"Dorothy was so great to work with. I walked into the store and she was very helpful in explaining different products. As promised, she followed up after my visit with a price list. She even was nice enough to give me her honest opinion on another supplier (which was that I was getting a good deal), when of course she could have easily told me the opposite in order to make a quick sale. She is not pushy and extremely responsive via email (on weekends and weekdays). Ask for Dorothy when you visit Kohler, you won't be disappointed!"

"We went to Kohler store (PDI) in Buckhead and purchased fixtures for a major master bath remodel; it was a great experience. We worked with Dorothy who met with my wife and I on our first visit to the store. We had just come from a larger shop down the street with multiple suppliers which seemed overwhelming. It was really nice to have someone with Dorothy's knowledge of the products and understanding of bathroom layout/design quickly guide us in the direction we wanted to go . Within a few trips/emails/calls, we were able to nail down something that worked for us and the pricing was very fair -- especially considering all of the value we obtained from Dorothy and her team. We would definitely use PDI/Kohler again to purchase our Kohler fixtures. Without Dorothy, we might still be "looking for fixtures"."
