Kathy was great to work with, and took care of us administratively from start to finish to make sure the repair got done. Issac was our technician and was professional, experienced, friendly, and dedicated to getting the very challenging repair done by not giving up! I know the nature of the business is to schedule as many repairs as possible in a day, but sometimes problems take a little more TLC to get fixed!"

"The icemaker on our refrigerator recently stopped working and our home warranty company assigned Fixx My Appliance to make the repair. From start to finish, the service I was given was outstanding. I was contacted within 24 hours to set up an appointment for the very next day. The assigned technician (Lamar) called within 30 minutes of arrival to let me know he was on his way. He promptly arrived, diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts needed. I was called just 5 days later informing me that the parts had arrived and Lamar would be out the next day to complete the repair. Again, Lamar called within 30 minutes of arrival, promptly arrived and made the repair within 45 minutes or so. The icemaker is working perfectly and there have been no issues at all. Just wanted to commend all involved on their professionalism, punctuality and knowledge. Well Done!!!!!"

"The first technician did NOT pull out my dishwasher to check for additional holes chewed by a rat in my home that was built in 1910. He told me my warranty would not cover but I asked for the part to be replaced as I know vendors of warranty companies can do since I have been a member of American Home Shield for years. In the meantime we took precautions, called our exterminator immediately who came out immediately, checked our rat bait stations as we are in a test environment put on by the UGA campus, put great stuff under the house and sealed a hole behind the dishwasher with steel wool. When the part was installed, the technician did NOT run the unit. When I started to run the unit, water poured out on my wood floor that was new via a claim the first month we moved in because of hidden water damage from an old water line to the refrigerator. We ended up buying a dehumidifier as our floors started to cup from the leaks. We called back and explained water immediately came out and the next technician saw a hole in the tub and added sealant and told me to wait 24 hours. I was concerned because I didn’t see how water could come out immediately when the tub had not even filled up? Again, when we tried to run the unit, watered immediately came out. The technician that added the sealant came back, started to run the unit and saw the immediate water. He pulled the unit out and found a hole in the back of the unit that was very difficult to see. He was supposed to order the part. After waiting over 2 weeks, I called back to be told by the very rude office manager, Cathy, that she had done me numerous favors by sending technicians to my home at no charge. This manager failed to recognize that the first technician NEVER pulled out my unit to find any additional holes to allow me the opportunity to decide if I should expend money into the old dishwasher or buy a new one?"

"I had never done business with this company before. However, I am pleasantly pleased by the professionalism from beginning to the end. My insurance company scheduled my stove repair with another company I will not name, after 4 hours of waiting I contacted my insurance company and asked for a different contractor. My experience immediately changed from the first call in to Fixx My Appliance, she answered and was exceptionally nice. The tech called me within an hour of my appt window, and I was treated like a customer is supposed to be treated with respect and dignity. The tech that came to my home name was Lamar, his confidence, knowledge and professionalism should be commended."
