"I did go to United Auto, but did not have to have work done. I was having an issue with the horn, I did not see the small horn emblem on the steering wheel and keep pushing the center of the pad. The emblem was at the bottom. I was too embarrassed to feel stpuid. So, there you have it. The mechanic was very polite and did not give me the side eye. Yes, I'm the first person to admit I am not perfect."

"Bought a used car for my granddaughter. And was referred to them by a co-worker. I wanted it checked out, before completing my purchase. They did a great job in telling me every little thing that I SHOULD be concerned with. But told me it was decent for the price i was paying. Once I completed the purchase, I took it back to them, to make the suggested repairs. They were awesome. they did not try to pin my back against the wall by adding a whole bunch of unnecessary repairs. But they made sure my granddaughter would be riding safely. and Also told me the "extra" things I might want to do in the future! GREAT service..."
