"Warning this location is GHETTO!!! The parking lot is clean and no loitering, the staff was decent, the store was overly stocked with clutter everywhere. The store could use a deep clean, even the employees admitted this. Also they close every for an hour during store hours. The location and customers make this place less than desirable, then again it is on Wesley Chapel."

"I stopped at This Dollar General on Covington Hwy to pick up some last minute items that I had forgotten at the local store. Totally blown away by the great customer service, the availability of items and the cleanliness of not only the store but the parking lot. The team at this location are doing an awesome job it doesn’t go unnoticed. Keep it up!!!"

"I'm not John Pitts but anyway, this location closed at 8:55 instead of 9pm .. I spoke to the manager and now I'm going to corporate. If a business is opened until 9, I expect entry until 9. Closing early so you can leave on time is wrong, FALSE advertisement.. You're supposed to lock the doors at 9, then service those inside. It only costs 5 minutes of your time. STOP doing that. I report every incident I experience like that to their corporate offices."

"The products were excellent, however, the cashier was bullshiting around with customers while the line kept growing and growing and growing. I asked her who was the manager and unfortunately she said she is. Other customers around we're feeling the same way. Unfortunate."

"The store was clean and organized. The staff was friendly and helpful. I visited the store this morning and I think the store mgr or shift mgr rung me up (I think he was the mgr because he had "keys). He was extremely polite and friendly. He has true customer service skills, I have met some men who think flirting is customer service - NOT. This store is out of my way but whenever I am in the area I will definitely shop here. * I wish his name or associate number was on the receipt so he would know these are his KUDOS for a job well done."
