"Scam Alert! Now called APPLIANCE UNIVERSITY!!! Appliance University is the name we were given but turned out to be Appliance Plus. We see why Josh didn't give us this name because the reviews are atrocious! Purchased a washer and dryer set less than a week ago and the washer has not completed a full cycle. Told it was new, we knew it wasn't and that wasn't a problem just wanted it to work! Josh has been saying he was coming to fix it since Sunday and still has not come. Now is not answering my calls. The address to this dump is 2370 S. Stone Mountain Rd. Lithonia GA. I recommend everyone with a horrible experience and broken appliances to contact the BBB and file a complaint."

"Reading over the other reviews, I can see that I got lucky! LOL My secondary fridge died on a holiday weekend Friday and I got a replacement for cheap ($150) and delivered RIGHT THEN (after 5pm). Amazing! I spoke with Rod and he was very nice. These folks don't have a website and work via FB (with a fake account), so you shouldn't have high expectations. They do offer a 6 mo warranty for parts, so there's that. They are cash only as well, so keep that in mind when you buy something. Cash = no recourse. I'd say for used appliances, they are perfectly fine, but I wouldn't spend a lot here. They are a cash only, FB centric business, so take it all with a grain of salt. Use your head, check the item when it is delivered, hope it goes well! I'm just happy that I got lucky and the cheap fridge works just fine. Rod has my vote for used appliances and exercise equipment!"

"My dryer just worked for little over 6 months, the warranty said 1 year on parts, Rod the manager “agreed” on repairing the appliance but never arrived to the agreed time, he has been hiding after that and not responding to my calls. Buying with this guy is at your own risk, he doesn’t care about customer service. I guess the guy is just good for transporting and moving appliances, be careful."
