"We had a wonderful experience purchasing a new Miele recently. Ellen spent a lot of time explaining and demonstrating differences between the models. She tried several times to make sure I was aware that the less expensive options had all of the important features of the more expensive ones. She is honest and took the time to really listen to our needs. Drew called me to give me updates on shipping and let me know when I could expect the vacuum to come in. Yes, it took longer than 2 days and yes, it was so worth the wait! This is a small business with exemplary customer service. I read the bad reviews. It's unfortunate that we have become so accustomed to 2 day shipping and that we no longer recognize the value in having a local real life person to go to for help. I haven't even compared the prices of filters and bags between Bob's and Amazon, but intend to purchase all those things directly from the store.
