"After accidentally ordering a Christmas tree online in Roswell New Mexico I came to get my tree here in Roswell Georgia. The manager John had no way to override or match the price I had been charged. I spoke to customer service who helped but I want to mention the cashier Anita! She was so friendly and customer service oriented! One last thing , dont count on ordering online because the amount of inventory is not reliable and the manager can’t update inventory!!"

"The best thing about Big Lots is the young man who works here and also works at Tuesday Morning. Fast, helpful and happy with his work. The other things worth mentioning are that the store is clean and easy to navigate. They have food, furniture, kitchen related items and assorted goods. The shopping center has plenty of parking."
