"Rodney did as anyone would want. He was on time, honest and did an effective analysis of the problem. He assisted me in making the decision to replace the microwave rather than repair. He does not sell new units, so only made his service fee, and at no time tried to sell me repair services. Just helped me make the right decision"
"This guy came did an estimate of all part that he need to fix the problem. He di not only took for ever to come back and repair it, but he did not repair the problem. He than say that he did not work on cooling after taking my money and sujest for me to call another technician. He took $670.. with nothing been done. He does not know what he is doing."
"I had a refrigerator that Rodney convinced me that he could fix. It took forever for him to actually order the parts and when he did order them they were the wrong parts! He diagnosed the problem wrong and now I'm out $400.00. I also had to spend another $1000.00 on a new refrigerator. I went 3 weeks without a refrigerator living out of a cooler. He offered no refund on the incorrect parts he ordered. Please call someone else!"
"Rodney replaced a relay switch on my dryer beause it wouldnt stop even in the off position. He was very helpfiul and the service was quick and he was very efficient. I will call him again for repairs when needed."
"Incompetent. RL 'fixed' what wasn't broken. Did not know the difference between a broiler and the oven ignituin switches so my oven still doesn't work. He didn't even know what to do with the parts and asked me. Not even worth 1 star."
