"Progressive showed up on time and put in our unit quicker than they said they would. The install crew was friendly and respectful of our home. Couldn't have asked for a better experience! Added Edit: The salesman we dealt with dropped by the house a week after the install to drop off the warranty paperwork that they had completed on our behalf and to check on how we liked the new unit. It was a nice quick follow-up visit and definitely appreciated. The whole team, from sales and scheduling to install and the post install was great."

"Everyone was a pleasure to deal with. My house has never felt cooler! Devin started me out with make sure I had temporary ac. Darren came up with a solid game plan on what my house needed without being a over pushy salesman many are used to. He gave us exactly what we needed and wanted. Miguel and gage both did an immaculate job on installation of the new unit. They also cleaned up everything before they left. I would say they left my house in better condition than it was before they arrived. 10 out of 5. Best experience with an hvac company."
