"Bought a TV stand in May and was promised it would be in store for pick up in two weeks. I’ve had to called several times to try and get an update but was told “it’ll be here next week”. Called today 06/09 (a month after ordering) and was told it might be two weeks. It’s completely unprofessional to over-promise and under-deliver. I was told each time I called that a manager was vacation. I will never shop here again and will not recommend anyone to."

"Manager is rude as well as part of the female staffing. Check your electronics before you leave the store. I had to return one item 3 times and finally told them to cancel my account. Will never purchase another item from THIS store. Plus the item was found in Best Buy $110 cheaper."
