"Had an imposter posing as Geek Squad hack my computer place an order for Amazon which I was able to cancel. When I go into Geek Squad they offer me a one year free membership and regards to this and then they don't want to honor it and want to charge me $179 as we use my computer for homeschooling purposes Geek Squad is a joke. They don't value their customer service like they did. Because of the first member coming in now my computer runs really slow and they've changed features on my computer without approval to where it makes it even harder so I don't think I'll be coming to you for my business anymore of technical support."
