"The store and employees here restore my faith in humanity. The focus is on customer satisfaction and the people are real, not plastic. They had a high limit thermal switch kit (extra wires and screws) in stock for an older Speed Queen design. No waiting and the price was great. These guys appear to really enjoy what they are doing. The "store dog" is a delight. She's a keeper !! Thanks for the help and experience guys."

Not only are they patient and knowledgeable, they saved me over over 200.00 by listening to me numerous times telling them what my dryer was doing and after my 2 failed attempts to tell them what part I needed. They diagnosed the actual problem and gave me everything I needed to fix my heater element! Goes to show local is better than internet!!"
"Came in with a vague description of the problem I had with a leaky line and valve on my refrigerator as well as a couple of blurry pictures. They knew exactly what I needed, had it on hand, and explained what I needed to do to install the parts. My only regret is that I've ordered parts on the internet in the past! From now on I'll be straight in here first before buying any appliance parts elsewhere. In addition to being helpful and friendly I was able to get the parts I needed here for a fraction of the cost of what I would have ended up paying if I'd just gone with what the Internet suggested we needed.
