Tech offered to come out same day, and upon hearing the noise advised what he thought it was and it was exactly that! He fixed the dryer quickly and efficiently and now it’s running like new again! "I called on Monday for intermittent issues with the locking mechanism on my top load LG washing machine. Volodymyr came out the next day and took a look and ordered the part. The part was originally supposed to take two weeks to come in but it came in two days instead. He called me on Thursday and came out the same day to fix it. Really knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I will definitely use him the next time anything happens with my appliances."
"He was super prompt and professional! Our dryer went out over a week ago and I was just going to order a motor and replace it myself. Of course I never had the time and laundry was building up. I gave Good Hands Appliance Repair a call and got scheduled for next day! He was on time and very respectful of our home and kids. With in minutes he had the dryer apart and discovered a shoe string wrapped around the shaft of the motor keeping the dryer from turning! We also opted in for a new belt and roller cleaning/lubricant. All in all we cannot give Him enough stars! Great customer service with a great honest price! We will definitely be using Good Hands moving forward!"
