"Last year my husband submitted a review about the poor service we received during an emergency situation. To their credit, AFTER the review was posted they did come to our house and fixed the issue, and committed to hiring a contractor to fix the damage. It took a couple of unreturned phone calls, and 4 months but after questioning the technician a contractor finally showed up to repair the damage. My husband even updated his review. Today, another emergency situation- our heat was not working. I left a voicemail at 8am, received a call back at 9am asking to confirm my address. She said she would call me right back about getting someone out today. I called back at 12:30 after hearing nothing, and left another message. After receiving no return call by 3pm, I found another HVAC company that responded to my message in under 5 minutes. Even though it was late in the day, without hesitation he added me to his schedule (I am sure extending his day)and came to my home tonight and fixed my heat. I guess it’s just us since they have glowing reviews, but it is apparent that if we need anything outside the maintenance it’s not happening! Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me."

The technician was very knowledgeable and kept us advised of the progress of the repair at all times. Another company was not able to fix the problem, and the JE Mechanical technician quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. He also discovered another problem with the heat on one of the units that we had been unaware of. He quickly repaired that problem.
