"Went in two weeks ago and placed our order went yesterday paid it off. Two weeks ago we were told that they had a lot of what we ordered in their warehouse. Last night the lady said that it was at the warehouse gave us the address and everything. My husband goes to pick it up and they tell him the only is the one at the store. We never would’ve got it had they been honest. I told them that day I wanted it new not the one from the show room because people from all over done sat on it. I’d never ever go here again. Lied to make a sale."

"I got my deliveries a little behind schedule and it did finally come in. I would advise the staff to be more honest up front with estimated times. After comforting them I was told that per policy I must we ready to wait 21 business days. I would’ve have no problem with that if I was told up front. I was told 7 regular days not 21 BUSINESS days."

"If I could give this place a ZERO, I would. This is the worst place in Columbus, Georgia, to buy furniture. I have never in my whole entire life had to deal with unprofessional people at this level. My husband and I only had our bed a day when we opened the 1st box it was broken. Our bed was still in plastic, and sytyrefoam crumbled like a cracker. The lady said they don't do exchanges and they don't do refunds. The merchandise is default and broken, and you say there is nothing you can do about it. Then you have the never to have an attitude about me coming in your store to see what i can do. If it wasn't for the customers, you wouldn't have a job. To blatantly disregard my husband and i like we are trash. I wish i never would have stepped foot in your establishment. But i know what I'm going to do. I'm reporting you to the BBB. THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO IN MY LIFE. PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY. NEVER GO HERE AND SPEND ONE PENNY OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. TRUST ME YOU WILL REALLY THANK ME FOR THIS POST."
