"Both our refrigerators had issues, and I wanted a local business to come out for the work. Wife got Doug's name from a chat group and I have to say that we had as wonderful an experience with Doug as those in the aforementioned chat. Doug was able to come out within a day for the non-emergency repairs and only a few more days when he had to get a part. Doug was very affable even when we added another appliance (a washing machine) to his to do list. Pricing structure was in line with other outfits (diagnostic fee that is deducted from any additional labor). Would highly recommend."
"We had Alex come and install a new dishwasher for us. The old one was put in incorrectly and stuck under our counters by a contractor. But Alex got it out and installed the new one without damaging our kitchen. Very impressed!"
"Bought washer/dryer from Doug's and Leroy (the salesman) said it was 4-5 years old. They delivered but couldn't install, said they would be back later. I discovered it was built in 2009 (14 years old). Called Leroy and he appologized and said he would pick them up and refund my $$. Didn't show and wouldn't answer my calls. Called Doug who said NO RETURNS on that system. Tried to get them to take it back for less than I paid and they are not interested. Stay away from this business, they are scam artists. In response to Dougs response below. I specifically asked Leroy how old the set was and the said 4-5 years old which was a bold faced lie. I caught him and he admitted he was wrong and would take the set back. YOU are the one planting your feet on this event even after I offered to give them back for less than I paid. That is bad business in my experience."
"Doug did a repair for us. He ordered two parts ahead of time since he didn't know which would be bad. It turned out we needed the cheaper of the two parts. He is super honest and didn't try to talk us into replacing both. He's works quickly but carefully, and is respectful of your home. I highly recommend him!"
