"I’ve been patronizing this store for 7 years and every year it gets worse. I made an order online and every item was cancelled even though online multiples are available. I went inside a few hours later to see what I could make do with for a costume. The pickings are very slim. Line wrapped around the balloon center and only one cashier. Others only came to help when they saw pictures being taken and bad reviews being proposed. No helium for balloons before Halloween and no shopping bags. Had to leave with products and receipt in hand. Management if you’re not going to create a dignified shopping experience and train your staff to stop moving like customers are harassing them to work then just shut down."
"Went in to see what decor was available for my oldest son's birthday party. My youngest was overtired and naptime was clearly past due - an employee totally made his day with a few kind words and a balloon, which made it possible for us to complete our purchase and have a semi peaceful ride home. Small acts of kindness matter, and they totally made his little 1 year old day. Thank you for the clean and pleasant shopping experience and your kind staff. We will be sure to shop with you for all our events and occasions."
"Purchased a few letters for an engagement photoshoot SundayJuly 3rd. Returned them July 6th. The cashier who did the return was very dry (no enthusiasm). Didn't make conversation. On the other hand the cashier or staff from Sunday evening were very helpful. A lady helped in the wedding section and the cashier made conversation about a Starbucks drink. They also understood when I took a while to choose the items. They didn't get upset because they were about to close. I appreciated that because I own a business and sometimes my clients can be indecisive."
