"Terrible customer service after the sale. Provided misleading information on actual delivery windows that will result in additional delivery fees when furniture finally comes in. When we inquired in person for an update the sales associate was very rude and unwilling to address the issue. As of the time of this posting and after a full month we have parents entering assisted living with no furniture, although we were given a 5-15 day window at time of purchase. Buyer beware."
"I got my deliveries a little behind schedule and it did finally come in. I would advise the staff to be more honest up front with estimated times. After comforting them I was told that per policy I must we ready to wait 21 business days. I would’ve have no problem with that if I was told up front. I was told 7 regular days not 21 BUSINESS days."

He was knowledgeable about their inventory and were able to answer all of my questions about the bedroom sets I was interested in. The sales process was straightforward and transparent. James explained all of the paperworks and I never felt pressured to make a decision. He also gave us a good discount and an additional carpet for our Son FREE OF CHARGE. What really stood out to me, however, was the exceptional customer service I received throughout the entire process. Overall, I would highly recommend Furniture Queen. The staff's professionalism, transparency, and commitment to customer service made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free."
