"Larry was phenomenal! He did so much to get my order shipped at the best rate possible. Once the beautiful chairs arrived we realized they would be too big for our needs. Sadly, I needed to arrange to return them. Once again, Larry provided exceptional customer service! He shopped around and found a freight company in my area to transport the chairs back across country at a fraction of the FedEx charge. Way above and beyond!!
