"Me and my daughter came in to shop for a Christmas tree and we had a wonderful experience. Marvin was wonderful from the moment we encountered him. As my baby looked like she was falling from the buggy and he ran to save her but realized I was present. They didn’t have the tree we wanted in a box so he offered to remove the display and sell it to us. Marvin even wrapped the tree in a bag and packed it into my car for me. My daughter was also asking for a toy but I told her not today and as we were walking out he gave her the toy and said “Merry Christmas”. She was super happy which of course made me happy. The little but very impactful things, Marvin is the BEST and his customer service is awesome."
"I’m giving them 4 stars because of their selection. I’m impressed with their furniture, seasonal and outdoor/garden products. If you dig deep, you can find a treasure and I’ve often purchased. I am pleased to have this Big Lots close to my home and I enjoy shopping there."
"Big Lots is fun shopping for me. I can save money there, find fun gifts and home decor, and even shop for furniture. I like the prices and the clearance deals. Pretty decent quality goods, too. If you haven’t been in awhile - go check it out. It’s great retail therapy."

"Okay we’re do I start, this is location close to one of my job sites. Whenever I am in the area, I must go to Big Lots. This location cashier has always had great Cust service. I must apologize for not acknowledging them prior to my bad experience. Today, putting it lightly the cashier displayed an attitude and a since of entitlement as though it is my responsibility to take a picture of the item sale price. She stated to me “well I can’t see the price in over there”. Really - let’s try getting assistance or walk about 10 to 15 steps to verify. Oh know that’s too much to ask. You rather lean against the wall with your cellphone. I requested a manager and when the manger came she laugh as if it is a joke. I know it hard to find people to work these days—is the price we have to pay? Poor customer service—perhaps that’s why the lot is so vacant. I would like to thank Christopher Worthy—Asst. manager for explaining my simple concerns and apologizing for this incident. I will not return to this location"
