"My chairs look great but surprised that I received push-back because I wanted to pay with a credit card upon delivery and didn't feel comfortable in having him write down my C/card info. Although I had asked for left-over fabric that he forgot to bring on delivery, he actually texted me to come pick it up! I'm less than 2 miles away - just drop it off! For a $2560 job I thought I was also paying for customer service. Pandemic - cheaper just to buy online new chairs."
