"For months, my Viking refrigerator has been broken. If a technician comes out to service, all they tell me is there is not anything mechanically wrong with the fridge. However, I have photos to show that the fridge, at random, heats up to 80+ degrees ruining all of the food inside. In addition to the heating issue, a water leak from the fridge has ruined my hardwood floors. The leak began the day of install and they couldn't be bothered to send a technician for two weeks allowing my floors to be properly damaged. I have asked to speak to the owner and am ignored. There has been no attempt to make this situation right. As a small business owner, myself, I would have reached out to the manufacturer of the clearly defunct item to have it replaced, but not make my customer wait for that to occur. I have been trying to resolve this since August and am at a loss how to have a functioning fridge in my home again."

"i would give this place zero stars if i could. we bought a speed queen washer and dryer from this place and you would think that they would come out when it breaks down. the warranty is for i think 7 years. we have had this problem since last year and this year, the dryer finally bit the dust. they will not come out. i am not sure but i think it's because it's under warranty. i have no idea why they will NOT service us. we haven't done anything offensive AT ALL. they do not answer phone calls, emails, or even in person. not sure why these people are acting this way. has anybody else had this problem with their appliances under warranty????"
"Good retail experience. Locally owned company, decent amount of inventory considering how the pandemic has affected supply. Purchased a new refrigerator, washer& dryer, and range. Went with the commercial washer and dryer and definitely worth the money. The team that completed my delivery, removal, and installation were friendly and courteous. Definitely will be purchasing from Allen Murphy's when needed in the future."
