"This company is a joke!!! I made an appointment to be told they DO NOT FIX SAMSUNG phones. I disclosed which phone I had in the comments section when I made the appointment online. And also stated that I had a cracked screen. You would think when they confirmed my appointment they would have mentioned tthis! To waste my time scheduling my Saturday around this appointment was ridiculous!!! Then the guy said this is a diagnostic appointment only and proceeded to tell me my screen was cracked!!! Really???????? Completely idiotic!"

"This place beats the big box stores and Amazon. It is worth paying a dollar more than Walmart to avoid looking for a parking space then walking to the back of the store to search for the batteries. It beats Amazon because you walk to the counter and a person is there to confirm what you buy is correct, not damaged, and not depleted."
