"The staff here harass you even when you tried to tell them about your situation and that you want be able to pay this week. And the staff member the female will say no we need it this particular day. The furniture is cheap. I’m so glad I’m finished paying for that bunk bed which end up breaking on the last payment. These establishments are terrible especially the one in the west end on oak dr or st. Stay away by all means necessary."
"I will never ever buy anything from this location or any other establishment of this nature. If you are running low on your payment and you let them know but these people still continue to harass you with calls. On top of that the furniture is cheap."
