"BEWARE read the bad reviews as they the the truth on the real experience. Don’t be like us and learn the lesson 4 months late. Purchased a 5 piece bedroom set in September 2023 for 6k and they told us it would be delivered in two weeks. They kept having excuses on why it couldn’t be delivered and they finally delivered half (3 pieces) of it in January 2024 but 2 of 3 were damaged. At this point we no longer want it, since it’s been 4 months and they’ve managed to get us 1 of 5 pieces. Their customer service has been a nightmare to deal with and they’ve trying to charge a $180 delivery fee (for not delivering?) and a restocking fee, again for not delivering a 6k purchase that we made 4 month ago after telling us we’d have it in two weeks."
"Spent months search for a bed and found the Envy at Modani. When it arrived, it looked even better than online. The construction is fantastic- heavy, solid, and no imperfections. It was easy to put together with only one person. We added lights under and behind the bed for some flare. Cairah F Helped us every step of the way and made the entire process very simple!"
"Great experience. Didn't realize they had a showroom in Atlanta. I purchased the Lenox office desk and it's perfect. Great selection of contemporary furniture. Great prices and the sales reps are easy to work with. Now the bad news. I purchased a bookshelf and it never got delivered to the warehouse from Florida after a month. I finally just asked for a refund after being told it will be here next week 4 weeks in a row."
