"No issue with the mattress or sales rep. My issue was with the delivery and lack of customer service by such a large company. I waited all day at the house for my delivery with no call or email to let me know that it would be rescheduled. I was told that the delivery company came by and no one was available. I was here all day long just 20ft from the front door. No knock or ring on the door bell and no call. My garage was open also which makes me question their decision. When I called to get customer service i was directed back to the store to speak with a sales rep who would not be able to do anything but track my delivery and get an update on why it was missed. For a company this large to not have a dedicated customer service to handle issues like this is ridiculous. Not sure if I will continue to use them but will check when we need a new mattress."

"Very friendly and knowledgeable customer service, In September my husband and I went into the store to window shop, end up purchasing an adjustable frame and mattress, zack was very helpful and informative about the product, our first delivery attempt was not so successful but very great customer service and concern.
