"Don’t do business with this company. They do not stand behind their products when the customer is dissatisfied. I bought a $1,200 mattress from them 8 days ago and it is too tall for me. I have almost fell twice trying to get in the bed and my dog fell three times trying to get on the bed. They are refusing to exchange it with a lower mattress. The salesmen are unfriendly and very pushy and wouldn’t listen to me when I told them what I wanted, or if I didn’t want something they showed me. I am totally dissatisfied with this place and wish I had never stepped foot in that store. When I told the salesman Sal that I would leave a bad review, he said he didn’t care, that they were going out of business and all sales are final. No one bothered to tell me that!!! Very unprofessional. YOU’VE BEEN WARNED!!"
