"I was looking for a gray round bed with USB and speakers. I could not find it anywhere. This store had it but not in the color I wanted. Long story short, I got it TODAY after Lamar (the owner) contacted me letting me know it was in stock YESTERDAY! He also had the best price ($400 cheaper than everyone else) and I went to Amazon, Wayfair, and several other furniture stores within an hour radius. The bed arrived with no defects, I've also tested the Bluetooth and speakers. Not only did I get the bed at a cheaper cost but the delivery guys (Trey) set it up and took away my old bed in less than 30 minutes. Thank you Lamar and Trey. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company for your furniture needs."

"So I found this sectional I really liked and was looking forward to shopping here. I drove 45 minutes to the store and talked over the details. I had cash at hand but was told to they also had financing. The sectional was $1600 and I was approved for $4500 so why not. It was suppose to be 90 days same as cash. I was told the delivery fee was $100 so I decided to go ahead and add a bed frame which was $900. That way we could get them delivered at the same time. I went over the details the first time and he made a mistake and I did not check it the second time when he told me to sign. So the thought was okay I will pay my $1600 off because it was for me and the bed was a gift so I would finance. I got to the page and it was not same as cash. I went to the store to terminate the loan. Then I found out that not only was that an issue but when he went back in he put $200 for the delivery fee which is not what we discussed. He apologized and said it was his fault but they could not honor the $100 because the big boss over the phone says they have to charge the $200. Then he messed up a third time in my face. He charged me taxes twice for the bed on two separate tickets. The big boss refunded me the taxes after I had to explain it to the guy at the front desk for him. They do not have anyone with accountant skills or sales skills running these numbers and putting these numbers in. It is very likely that people are looking over this. Had I not have looked I would have not even know the couple of 100 dollars of $3000 missing. The $100 extra in the delivery fee, the $54 extra which was charged for taxes on the bed twice, and some other numbers I discussed that the loan company said they were not responsible for. They offered me a $300 credit that I can use in 90 days if I buy something else. After all that trouble I would rather go to a well known furniture store where these kind of things don't happen. They are great if you plan to pay cash up front."

"My experience with Ideal furniture was great! I found them after searching for fair priced furniture for days. I went in a bit frustrated and was honestly tired of searching for furniture that wasn’t over priced. The owner was so nice and made me laugh despite the frustrating day I was having up until that point. While you do have to look through a catalog to pick out your furniture, the quality and turn around is fast! I went in during the evening hours so I had to wait until the next morning for my furniture to be delivered however if you go in early enough they will do a same day delivery! Lamar and his team of delivery personnel were the absolute best! They were very accommodating despite my extreme pickiness! I will definitely be back to get more furniture from them. In the meantime I’m enjoying my new queen bedroom suit."

"I saw this place on facebook so decided to pay it a visit. I was looking for living room furniture. There was only one couch in there. The gentleman told me that you had to order from a catalog. So, if you are wanting to shop around and browse before buying, this is not the place for you. The shop, however, was clean and the guy was friendly."

"Exceptional beard.. unexceptional service. Spoke with the business owner earlier this week about buying a new sectional with an ottoman. Although I had never done business with him before I was impressed by his demeanor and thought him to be earnest and trustworthy. The sectional was darker than it was online and had several holes in it, but he quickly assured me he would replace those. As well as provide a one year manufactures warranty if any defects occurred within the year. After we came to an agreement on price I was told we would have 7 days to check it out before returning. We wrote it out on a contract and signed, he told me he would deliver in two days time. On the day it was to be delivered I contacted him and asked him what time he would be on his way. He then told me that he would no longer willing to follow through with the agreement we signed and shook hands on because he was fearful we would use it and return it. After two days, he had two days to tell me he changed his mind and did not feel the need to call me. I liked the owner and thought him to be honest. Perhaps I am a poor judge of character, but what I do know is there is nothing more dangerous than entering into business with someone who’s not bound by their word. A word of caution to those seeking a business relationship with this company."
