The Furniture Outlet Kennesaw

"This furniture store has beautiful furniture. I was prepared to make a purchase after my sister told me about the selection they had. She called a few days later stating that she had not received her furniture and that she was going to do a stop payment. After talking to the manager…. He assured her that the rest of her furniture was on back order. That was 4 months ago. She contacted the manager and he said that he never received payment. She called her bank which customer service verified on the phone with the manager that they made a payment and it was received. They also told him that they would send documentation of the payment that the furniture company received. The manager said he still would not be ordering the dresser that goes with her bed because he feels his last money. Now, I’m not an expert although I have worked in the court system for over 20 years…… if any business delivery almost $4,000 to anyone and not received payment for 4 months…. They will be taking civil actions in district court or backing the company truck up in the driveway to retrieve their merchandise. I think that theirs a little crookedness with the manager and certain customers. KB"

We came months ago and again today and the employee we worked with remembered us. They can deliver your furniture - i live in state about 50 miles away, not sure what the radius is but they will deliver there and haul away old furniture away as well. Highly recommended!"
