"Can't do 0 stars, so had to choose 1. They did not know anything about the washers and dryers. No big deal, nobody knows everything. Although this sales guy kept asking another lady everything I asked him. And this lady had a cellphone held up to her head the entire time, couldn't even give 10% of her attention to me, being the only customer in the store at the time. But then. They offer 0% financing. I was told that I could get 36 months 0%interest if I financed through them. I said let's do it. Washer and dryer for 1099 each ended up with delivery/ tax/ warranty at 2800. Then was told that the 36 months was only if you used the other financing. And also there's property insurance on the appliance they want you to pay. That financing for 2800 ended up with 38.99 percent interest, totaling 5800 dollars in payments. I laughed and said no deal, and walked out of the store. Was told 3 different things from 3 different people regarding the financing, and they couldn't even explain it to me when I asked to see it in writing. Ridiculous, will not ever return to this store that tries to con you out of everything!"

"Me and my fiancé just walked in the Newnan location, I am African American and he is a white male. As soon as the older white man with gray hair (wearing a red Conn’s shirt) at the door realized we were together, he stopped walking towards us, stared us down and just followed us and kept staring the entire time. We went to look for furniture for our new house and it was the worse experience. After I used the bathroom we looked at a patio set we probably would have bought BUT since the customer service was SO bad, we left. When we were walking out he stared us down all the way to our truck. We sat there and watched a white lady walk in and he greeted her and helped her just fine. Do NOT go to this location, they are racists and it showed. This all transpired in less than 10minutes."

"Bought a refrigerator and even told the salesperson I did not want an extended warranty, we I got one, read the sales agreement and went bank within 2 days and requested it removed, they said it was taken care of, 1.5 months later, called the company and it wasn't removed. They sent another cancelation forms, I took back into the store, they filled everything out, faxed it in and said everything will be right! A couple of weeks later, paying my 2nd payment, it was still on my account and not fixed. Talked with the company and then the store manager and he assured me it was being taken care of, he even gave me his personal cell....well I have messaged him for 2 weeks now, no answer...so I just today called the company AND WHAT??? My surprise IT'S STILL NOT FIXED....So, if truth be know, I would be very leary of this company and I can assure you this will be the last time I purchase anything for this company again! A mistake, I understand, twice is pushing it but this has gone on for almost 2 months! Come on, what kind of company I this????"

"The in store employees helped me fine adequate TVs. The downside is that I was told I could get delivery and installation on Monday. I get a call from Conn’s saying they will deliver on the the 5th. Almost two weeks later than Monday as well as I couldn’t get installation same day, so there is a disconnect between the store, delivery and installation people. This is not acceptable. I was able to get delivery Monday and installation on wed, which is still not ideal"

"Shaniqua and Terrance the store manager were great! This was our first time at Conn's Home Plus and it won’t be our last. The customer service was excellent and the ease to purchase what we wanted was amazing. Can't wait for our new appliances and to be back for our next home needs. Thank y'all!"
