"Update-Still no resolution to my issue! SMH My experience with this store has been HORRIBLE! I moved to Douglasville from KY and had bought a recliner from that store and had a great experience with them so I thought I would try this store. WRONG!! It’s too long story to tell but just knowI have been dealing with them for months without my issue being resolved!"

"I would not recommend this particular store. First of all, they kept my card information on file without my authorization. The only reason I became aware of this was because I called to make my payment and the lady asked did I want to use card ending in XYZ. I asked her to remove it and it was never removed. I just paid my account off and asked for a copy of my contract that I signed. She told me it was illegal for them to give me a copy. Yet, you gave me a copy when I opened the account, I just did not have it with me in the store. I wanted to confirm I was not overcharged due to me being under a 12 month 0% interest agreement. Now I have to go home and then come back with the contract if I see a discrepancy. Also, the employees need more training. Every question I asked, even down to the warranty, they could not answer. Only "Tish" had the answers who was not in the office, although I was told last night that she would be as long as I came after 10am. It is 11:30am. I am very disappointed with my experience with this location."

"A family member referred me to Farmers, which is why I didn’t take the time out to read the reviews. Her furniture is beautiful & she never mentioned having any issues with her furniture or with the store associates. I wish I would’ve read the reviews first, I normally do!!! I bought $4000 worth of furniture. A sofa set to be exact. #1, the delivery drivers went to the wrong house. I didn’t make a big deal out of it because they did call & they were very friendly. 2nd, once I received the furniture, the sofa would not recline. They sent someone out to look at the furniture & he said the sofa was missing the piece that makes the sofa recline. He told us he would put in an order for the piece and someone would come out to fix it. Weeks went by and we never heard from anyone. I called the store and the associate told me they couldn't fix the sofa, but they'll send me a new one, when one was in stock. However, they did ask me if I wanted the floor model and I refused! I don’t want furniture that everyone has been sitting on. I had to call the corporate office in order to receive a new sofa. We’ve only had the furniture for a little over a year and the legs have fallen off, there are nails sticking out of the sofa and we had to take our daughter to the hospital because she got a nail stuck in her leg just by walking by it!!! Today, my shirt was snagged on a nail that’s sticking out the top of the sofa. Very dangerous! I will never buy any furniture from them again."

"Beware of “Tish” she is very rude and unprofessional… we have Fell on hard times and trying to get back on our feet and she calls and calls and calls being rude and threatening. Never do business with the douglasville store at ALL! Go to villa rica much better service and respectful people… yea villa rica calls but they are no where near unprofessional like this “Tish” lady!!"

"Consumer beware . My aunt bought a refrigerator from here and it was infested with roaches... almost $1000 down the drain plus the money she is having to use to treat her home for roaches. Transparency is everything. How are they selling refurbished infested goods?"
