Chuck went above and beyond calling corporate, calling me back and working with me through multiple calls to get the piece on the truck and have delivered with the sofa. "Came in today to get two mattresses and Kyle was amazing ! Great energy with no hovering haha . He greeted us welcomed us in, was very informative and then allowed us to browse and come back to him when we were ready ! He helped us in a timely matter, gave us great information and had us in and out the door with our items ! Would definitely recommend him as a salesmen , and American freight in general. "First and foremost give Kyle, Mike , and Taheed all a raise. These men were so welcoming, personable, and knowledgeable about what they have at their store and even at others. I wasn't sure what I wanted and they exhibited patience and provided top tier service throughout the whole experience. No matter how many times I changed my mind they didn't seem phased and still provided excellent customer service to me. My furniture was delivered timely and they communicated if there were issues.
