"They were nice. went in for a soak off. Had to tell him to slow down on filing my nail down also I asked for regular polish. He used gel polish. so of course it never dried."

I wasted my money.. my pedicure lasted 30 mins including the low water pressure that took like 10 mins to fill up... then I was trying to explain what I wanted couldn't understand n then explained to someone that half understood n still didn't get what I wanted.. I definitely wasn't getting my nails done there if they couldn't even get that right.. should of left as soon as the water issue happened.. sanitary issues as well I'm not even sure if they were clean... had it all in a little case n just put alcohol on them well I'm guessing that's what it was... Horrible paint job... I went somewhere else same day...."

"I got the mid grade pedicure. Susan was the one that did my feet she did a wonderful job She massage my legs. I enjoyed the experience. A wonderful job thank you susan."

"Jesus, did I wish I’d read the reviews. But I saw it across the street while I was running errands and thought, “Oh, let me get my nails soaked off while I’m out.” So it didn’t occur to me to check— very big mistake. I went in and asked if they did SOAK OFFs, because some salons will just use a nail tip and pry your acrylics off your nails and that tends to be very painful for some. They said yes they did, so I waited, then I was seated, and then my tech proceeded to PRY MY NAILS UP with a nail tip. I told her she was hurting me OVER AND OVER again and asked about soaking off, and she only said sorry or ignored me completely at each remark. I was very upset but also in a huge rush, so I just let her continue. I wish I’d had it in me and had the time to just get up and go somewhere else. I don’t know how many times I told her that she was hurting me before she actually cut me and then tried to obscure my hand from me so I wouldn’t notice. Too bad my finger continued to bleed the entire time I was there, so, sorry but I noticed. So I spoke up and let her manager know that not only were there still acrylic bits on all of my nails, but that her tech had cut the side of my pinky nail open. Her response was, “No, she didn’t do anything to you.” VERBATIM. I said I was done and I left. That’s literally not all that happened, but there’s no point in me going in more when there are DOZENS of posts exactly like mine on here + my fingers are all literally burning like crazy. There’s like 4 other nail salons in the area, please Black women, just go elsewhere."

"I have been going here for a while now. I've changed a few nail techs only because it is close to my house. The ONLY reason I go here is because Tiffany does a great job on my nails. I was about to walk out one last time when she called me and told me let her take care of me. I'm really glad I did. She's awesome and does a very good job. My nails easily go three weeks and at times longer without a filling."
