"Went to the shack for a pedicure today. The nail tech was great, very skilled and professional, she did an amazing job and the place had a very decent selection of different polish brands and colors. The pedi chairs look very worn down, mine was all torn up, and none of the functions worked so I was stuck in a somewhat uncomfortable position. It’s a real bummer because of how great the staff is. I don’t know if I’ll be coming back"

"Horrible experience. First they kept changing people. My nail paint looked like a toodler painted it and instead of just giving me what I asked for I had to retract and just ask for a manicure because of the horrible job being done. I try to use local places but I’ll guess I’ll be driving again to find a new place. Worst experience ever. These photos are takes minutes after my appointment. Please don’t waste your money and time"

"Been going here for 6+ years and the new management has made their quality decrease significantly. It seems they care about getting the most clients in and not delivering a quality experience to the client. I got my nails done on Friday and there is cracks everywhere- and I was there for 2 hours getting my nails done by 3 nail techs. Not the one I signed up for, but because everyone was behind my appt was too. For 48$ I expect a better appointment as well as my nails to last longer than a few days without looking like this. Also, old management never did acrylics and I see why. There is not enough ventilation and the fumes are absolutely unbearable and nauseating!"

"This nail salon is not hygienic or sanitary and they are not careful when using tools. The nail tech cut my fingers three times with the drill when doing my SNS. Now I have an infection on several of my fingers and I had to make an appointment at the dermatologist. I will never be returning as I can not trust the cleanliness and now I am left to deal with this infection. This has caused unnecessary drama and stress for me and I’m extremely upset and grossed out. Their lack of care has royally messed up my nails and it’s going to take months for them to heal back to normal. It’s so painful and I’m super annoyed that they weren’t more careful. Be wary of who you trust when it comes to your nails, as you are literally putting your life in their hands and that can be easily taken for granted."

"Absolutely and jaw-breakingly wonderful. Best nail salon experience I have ever had. The whole vibe there is great. These are skilled and talented people. I had not done SNS nails before and the owner explained it all to me and set me up for an appointment. The nail tech Kimmy took such good care of me, and wow, these nails are beautiful. They also told me if a nail breaks within 10 days, they fix it for free. WHAT??? But honestly I’m fairly confident that I won’t need it. I’m very impressed and will definitely be coming back."
