Allure Nail Bar

"I've been going to this nail salon for about 2 months. I won't be going back though. Initially I gave them a try cause I seen them on Instagram and the nail designs were pretty. My first visit the nail tech used a pink acrylic powder to do my nails the jar was full of powder but when I came back for a fill in the different nail tech could not find the same powder and had to use different. Not really organized place. I've been cut and burned on my nails from the tools the tech was using. Some of the techs are really harsh working on you. And another peeve of mind they always ask me if I came to them before to get my nails done. That worries me because it's as if they dont recognize their own work. Or maybe some of the nail techs work are just that bad. Repeat customers should not have to go through that. And this last visit I have developed a nail fungus from them. My finger looks fkd up. I won't be going back."

"Upon my arrival, I was greeted by a pleasant gentleman who assisted me in selecting a nail color promptly. However, my interaction with the female technician, especially during the eyebrow tinting and pedicure sessions, was less than satisfactory. Despite my request for an ombre effect, the outcome did not align with my expectations. Please see photo. Furthermore, during the pedicure, the technician filed down only my big toe nails, neglecting the others. When I inquired about it, the response was “Do at end” wait I asked her “while they’re dry”…Finally she put her pride aside and had me put my feet back in the water although acrylic had just been applied to my big toes. Then I’m guessing she was upset I asked her about my other toes she blurts out it’s $5 for removing gel that would be fine if I had gel I regular nail polish on my toes. She barely touch my other toes never even filed them, handling them rough, pumice stone rough thought she was about to rip off my skin. While I understand that everyone has off days, I believe it's crucial to provide constructive feedback. My intention is not to criticize but to highlight areas for improvement. I genuinely hope this message serves as an opportunity for your salon to enhance its customer service and attention to client preferences.She needs to do better. I’d never patronize this place ever again!"

"I have been a loyal customer of this nail bar for 8+ years. Never in my life have I had such an atrocious experience as my last one here. I went to go get my acrylic set taken off that they had done previously and the nail tech realized that they were on pretty good but instead of soaking them off he chose to scrape them and broke not one but two of my nails until they bled. Horrible. And when i started to cry because I was in lots of pain…they still had the audacity to charge me."

"New to the area so was nervous that I wouldn’t get someone to do my nails stiletto shape as my last nail tech I had for six years. But DAVID….. David, did my nails EXACTLY how I asked. David has a new loyal customer. Thank you David!!!!"

"I picked my color out as soon as I arrived. I waited about 10 minutes to be seated (which was fine I was a walk in). Once we realized the color didn’t match I felt they were rushing me me during the visit to hurry up and pick a color so I left with toes and nails I do not like. (Which if the swatches matched I would have had it picked out or would have spent the 10 minutes I waited finding what I wanted.)There is still dead skin around my nails also and I paid for a manicure. I felt bad but I did not tip them and this is the first time in my life I’ve left a salon without tipping. Also it seemed like they were like discussing price a lot like I couldn’t afford it or something. I have an event this evening and just needed to be in and out so wanted the quickest option with no extra stuff. 6 days later photo added- gel chipped"
