"Horrible experience! As a black woman who knows their main customer is black this is a disgrace and I can only imagine how many others were ripped OFF! Even to where the manager became loud with me and got in my face!!!! I came for SNS and my nails chipped next day! You definitely cannot come in here and see just anyone, there’s only a number of truly skilled technicians! MY NAILS CHIPPED less than 24 hours and it took my technician over 3 tries to almost get a simple design right. As soon as the design chipped I asked for it to be removed next day, and they refused to give back my money for the designs! Total rip off. They need actual technicians who are licensed and know HOW TO DO NAILS. SIMPLE! Definitely don’t recommend and will never be back! Oh and there’s so many inconsistencies regarding prices! I asked how much I was being charged and asked another technician and it was a different price. Where they do that at????"

"My camera does not do it justice. I just had the best experience at the nail bar. I can’t explain it y’all. I been in Georgia for 5 years and I been to so many nail salons and non is anywhere as classy, clean, professional, and accommodating as this place. John did my nails perfectly. He is so sweet , so kind, so talented. And he listens to what you want. The manager Trish is so sweet , she runs this place extremely well. And she touches base with every client. I’m extremely picky so for me to be this happy with my nails means a lot. Thank you nail bar ."

"I love everything about the Nail Bar at Buckhead. It’s beautiful, clean and spacious, I never have to wait, because there are so many available chairs and technicians to attend to you. I am always pleased with the outcome of my appointment. The only downfall I would say is that they are a little bit more on the pricey side for all services"

"I use to got here I remember why I stopped. Got a fill in and pedicure yesterday they told me $90 for a fill-in! That was the first red flag. The lady comes with pedicure but she will not allow me to hold it. She’s only showing me pedicures that are $70 plus. I told her that I’m a returning customer and this is not all of the pedicures that they have so she shows me the others I decide on a $60 jelly pedicure plus $40 for a refill acrylic on my toes. She tried to tell me that my nails will be $130 just for my toes . 60 + 40= 100 where did the other 30 come from . When I correct her attitude changes and say I can’t get jelly , so I asked how much is a regular pedicure she says $30 but 30+40= 70 . Still charged me 100 for my toes and 90 for my nails… it’s hasn’t even been 12 hours and these are my nails……"
