"The staff isn’t rude but they’re also not particularly nice. Service is inconsistent (sometimes you’re offered wine, sometimes you’re not). Price changes every single time, and they charge quite a bit. I went in today to get the acrylic taken off my nails (bc of the aforementioned reasons) to try press ons. They initially upsold me on getting a full manicure instead of just acrylic removal (normal nail shop experience). Then decided he didn’t have time for the manicure anymore & rushed through everything — still leaving acrylic on my nails. Today, affirm that I’m on the right track with letting the nail salon experience go. I’ve never really enjoyed my experience here. It was just a convenient location for me. I’d find somewhere else to go."
"Loved the vibe at this salon. My tech Vicky was patient and listened to my every concern. I showed her one photo and she did it better!Her shaping skills are unmatched in my book. I keep it simple and some ppl still can’t get it right, I always find myself going behind them. But not her!!! Great service and only a walk from my condo. I’m definitely coming back!"

"I love this place. The inside is so clean and angelic. As soon as you come in you're greeted and seated in less than 5 minutes. I'm so thankful they aren't a packed salon, so my services which are my nails and toes are done in under 2 hours. Their work is clean and you can tell they actually take their time to understand what you want and deliver that. I will definitely be returning and it's right down the street from my house. The manger Tony was amazing and stayed in here to make sure I was satisfied with my services. Loved my nails and toes!"
