"This place is amazing!!!! I was having trouble finding a wedding dress and Nicole saved me!!!!! She got me in for a same-day appointment that was 30 minutes away! She gave me the best experience I could’ve possibly asked for when picking out a wedding dress and knew exactly what to pick out for me! She welcomed my family and I with open arms and a smiling face! I cannot thank her enough for the experience that she gave me and I will never forget it!!! Nicole is knowledgeable and wonderful at her craft I would recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding dress no matter where they are!"

"We made our appointment via phone call. Paid the 25.00 fee. During the phone conversation, we asked if the dresses were ordered or did we buy off rack. We were told they would be ordered and would need up to 6 months for delivery. We arrived and were shown several dresses. My daughter picked her dress. She loved it. We ask about ordering it and the sales representative said that it could not be ordered and that we would have to buy the sample. This was a huge disappointment. It had pulls and tears and they still wanted 1,500 for the worn out sample. This was extremely misleading and very unprofessional. I do not recommend. Bait and switch. We will not be purchasing any of the bridal party gowns from them. Signed, Buyers remorse"

"Nicole was so welcoming and nice! As soon as we walked in, the atmosphere was so calming and inviting! Nicole already had dresses picked out, and she was very tentative, she was not pushy at all! We were able to find and buy everything we needed, and it was all affordable! I definitely would tell anybody in Albany, GA or the local areas to use Heavens to Betsy’s Bridal ship!"
