"Have no idea what this place was like before but the ladies that work here are super nice. I came here to buy two of my daughters' shoes while they were at school. I told one of the associates at the cash register "I hope these fit." In response, she told me that I could come back in for an exchange and swap out the pairs for a different size if I needed to. Later in the evening, I came back to exchange the shoes for a bigger size and there were no issues. I was able to exchange like I was told previously and the lady even remembered me which was also nice. There were other associates nearby as well and they were super sweet. One of them even gave my child a gift because they found out in passing that it was their birthday the day before. I had a really good experience here and would come back again."
"You never know when they are going to be open they close so early like 5:30/ 6 PM but they advertise close at 7 PM I don't think they will ever go back to normal hours it's getting ridiculous..."

"Terrible customer service! Basically the sales associate called me a liar. We purchased 2 pairs of shoes for my daughter's prom. I was returning the pair she didn't wear. Sales Associate told me she knows the shoes were worn but she'd give me a refund anyway. Very rude, very unprofessional. She kept calling me "baby", like that was supposed to make everything all right. I didn't catch her name but she wrote her initials on the refund receipt. "LH" I've been in Retail my whole career,,,,,this is NOT how you treat customers."
