"Colton came out in an emergency to check an overflowing bathroom. He explained everything well and answered my many questions. He was kind and courteous and did a great job overall. He explained costs up front before doing anything, so the transparency of cost was very helpful. It ended up being a septic tank issue and he was able to rule out any plumbing issues and steered me in the right direction to getting my issue fixed. Also, the lady on the phone answering my after hours call was very polite, kind and helpful and I appreciated that in my stressful situation."
