"Super unfriendly. Especially the guy that works there. I’m pretty sure he dislikes his life and takes it out on everyone else. Shoes aren’t made the same as they used to be. They told me I’d need more than 2 weeks to break a pair in. I wore them every day and they felt the same as day 1."
"Staff at store are great. Issue is getting boots. They never have boots in stock. I ordered two pair this time and paid for them but have no idea when or if they’re coming. Last two times boots never showed up. Hoping this time will be different???"
"Dan is the owner and he's been there both times I've been there. He cares about his customers and the brand. My return trip was for some issues with the fit of my boots after a week and a half of wearing them. I went in expecting that we would both have to compromise a bit to resolve my problem. Boy, was I wrong. Dan went above my expectations to make sure I was a happy customer when I left. I was truly blown away by how well I was treated. I cannot wait until the need for boots arises again, just so I can show Dan some loyalty by shopping his store again. I could not be more pleased with this store, and consequently with Red Wing as a brand. Dan has earned a lifelong customer. *Update Feb 2021 I have bought 2 more pairs of boots from this store, one I just received a couple days ago. Their ordering system was down for for an extended time, but the staff kept me informed every step of the way. They called me as soon as they had a tracking number. I purchased the most recent pair in the store and although Dan wasn’t there, his staff took great care to get me the boots I wanted and fit them properly. This is the only place I will shop for boots."
