"Good deals and great selection. Waiting in a long line with multiple employees standing around doing nothing until assistant manager Dean stepped in. Dean seemed to be running the store by himself. He could not have been nicer and I would recommend him for store manager any day!"

"I visited Marshalls tonight end it was amazing the choices in clothing today. I was so very impressed by all of the items that I found and I am a plus size one X and they had such a wonderful variety. But I’m actually making this review because of the transaction I had with one of the customer service reps at the register. Her name was Melissa. She had a wonderful smile, and was very patient with my high maintenance transaction lol I like my clothes folded a certain way, some on the hangers some not and she was so very kind . And she is definitely an asset to this location because I know that it was very busy and often times I have experience behavior that was a reflection of tiredness and although I’m sure that Melissa was tired as well after a long day, she continue to press on with a smile and give exceptional service Thank you, Lorraine Roswell Resident"
