"This is the store closest to me, but I go out of my way to avoid it. The entire staff does not want to be there, and it's very obvious. You are not greeted, they do not adhere to company policies, and 80% of the staff is always seems angry. It astounds me that with all the horrible reviews, this store is still operating. If you ever speak to the manager, you will feel as though you are bothering him. He is short with customers and his employees. I know many people have transferred from this store to work at locations further from them which speaks volumes."

"Went to exchange some hand soap since the scent was too strong. Another location told me it would be no problem. When I arrived at this store (where I purchased it), I spoke to the manager, Jeremy. He said I had to have the receipt and it may not be an equal exchange. I did not have the receipt and I asked about my account. He said they can’t look that up. He never mentioned I might see it in the app or received the receipt by email ( which I found tonight). Overall, he did not want to deal with it and had no interest in helping me. Would stay away from this store as they are not helpful at all. Very disappointed with my experience."

"Never had a bad experience with this store till today. Went to go pick up an order & the girl who was in charge of store pickup clearly saw us. I waited patiently for her to finish packing other orders. I understand it’s the holidays & they have multiple sales going. Her body language showed she was upset so I decided to just wait till she was done. Waited patiently for maybe 5 mins or so.. no service. Then someone comes up & she helped them with no issues. What in the world?? No greeting, no I’ll be right with you, nothing. I was standing not even a foot from the other gentlemen that she did decide to help. Working in customer service you don’t get to “choose” which customers you’d enjoy helping, specially when they’ve been nothing but patient with you. If I was screaming or yelling, I can understand refusing service but this was not the case. If I was standing at the wrong place at least acknowledge & let me know. Don’t just stand there obviously ignoring a customer. I had to call a manager over who was courteous enough to assist. Employees need to understand they are not forced to be there. If you don’t want to be there or if customers “annoy” you please find something you’ll enjoy. There was no need to take your bad day out on someone who was just trying to pick up an order."

"I was going to purchase some candles that I already know what to get and the girl at the door was super rude . I know was 5 minutes before they closed but I understand once you are inside is not a problem . You guys need to watch your employees attitude . Very rude . I am not coming back anymore"

"I wish I had checked the reviews before I drove all the way over there. I can see I am not the only one that was mistreated by the manager working at this store. The manager on duty was very rude and dismissive and had a horrible attitude. All I wanted was to exchange some candles. She refused and tried to get me to pay for the difference. I wish that they had better customer service training. I am a person of color as well, so this has nothing to do with the fact that she was also a person of color. I just wish I had been treated with better respect and not the way that I was treated. She had an attitude from the minute we walked in. They definitely need some training at the store because they are just plain rude. I was actually treated better by the young white sales associate… pretty sad to be honest! It’s def an issue if multiple people have commented and reviewed on it! I won’t be back there!"
