"Happened to go to this store today when they were closed looking for a part for my egg. The owner was there loading new items in the back, saw me looking through the front window, and opened the store and let me purchase an item. He took the time to explain some details about other items in the store and let me buy the things I needed to cook something this evening. Great customer service, great owner, and from the looks of it lots of cool one-off items in the store like kayak inflatable coolers, etc.. Will be back again, and would Roswell General to anyone!"
"Roswell General has all the best grilling and outdoor items anywhere and they always do an outstanding job of customer service. If you need anything Big Green Egg - they are the source, but what sets them apart is service. Whenever I have needed anything fixed or replaced on my BGE, they always go above and beyond to get it replaced under warranty. They are excellent!"

"Interesting place, nevertheless it fits well with the look and feel of downtown Roswell. They're very Mom and Pop ish, and friendly, at least the older gentleman who is typically there. They sell everything from Yeti, to Green Egg, golf carts, and almost all things tailgate, sometimes there is even a food truck selling raw meats and fish parked in front. This shop is very unique, I hope they stick around, grow their unique inventory, and offer more sales for locals."
