"front desk lady was very rude. Me and my mother took my cheer bag to get my name put on it. I asked for a certain name print she had a nasty tone and said “no you can’t get that.” And I peeped it. And then I picked the Disney print and she sort of rushed us to pick. I came in today to pick it up. And she already had it ready which I thought to be weird and I believe we were being treated this way because of our race."
"Good work horrible customer service. The lady at the front desk is rude. Got a phone call saying my order was ready for pick up just to show up and only half of my order was ready. Drove all the way over there in the holiday traffic just to find out I have to drive all the way back there again. Didn't even receive an apology. Monograms are a dime-a-dozen in Georgia. Next time I'll go somewhere else."
"As with every other review for this place, the woman on the front counter is insanely rude. She must be a family member of the owner because why else would you keep that troll as your customer service rep? Every thing we asked her to do, she couldn't. So we left without having anything embroidered. Maybe embroidery services shouldn't be offered if you can't embroider anything. Also, she should learn to let people speak before cutting them off mid sentence. Just a really annoying experience."
