"I love the variety and the so many selections, but when you ask a question about CVS services and the manager keeps cutting you off, you ask yourself “Why? What did I do wrong!! When he realized that I was not feeling just being in this situation. He asked me a question and I paused for a moment to give an accurate answer, he interrupted my thoughts again, “Forget it!”, he shouted."

"I’ve had several prescriptions filled here but a prescription my doctor sent in several times over the course of three months went unfilled with no explanation why, they do not answer the phone so don’t bother. I went in person and was told they did not have that scrip available but I was free to call other locations, she was totally rude and refused to look into it any further, a manager intervened and told me it was available several miles away I had my dr call Walgreens and it was ready within an hour. I will never use this pharmacy again they are rude and unprofessional even to a long standing customer"

"The pharmacy manager is unprofessional since she came in everything got complicated it is not easy to pick up medications anymore there is a lot of apologies about why they couldn’t fill up the medication and it is too busy to fill medications and it easy for her to leave patients with no pills because she has no time , So she can’t handle this position. This is not the first time that I see a long waiting time to pick up a medications or drop off, And beside that she talks with patients with no customer service experience"
