"Really hope you don't have to call this walgreens because you'll be on hold for an hour just for them to hang up on you. I'm on my fourth hold today because I cannot get in touch with ANYONE. The phone has been picked up 3 times to tell me to hold even longer. Awful customer service."
"Went in to purchase a few items when I was on my work trip, while at the cashier, I asked for some quarters. Two cashiers was really rude to me, stating its against policy to exchange money. I had to get a manger involved, just to sue $4.00 worth of quarters to do laundry at my hotel room. Normally, I don't leave bad ratings, but this was a horrible experience at a Walgreens. I hope they fix this."
"Most of the pharmacy staff is fine. One guy that works there is so rude. Every time I have to speak to him he seems like I’m wasting his time. He does not act as though he cares to help. I’ve had to deal with him numerous times and he’s ALWAYS incredibly rude."
"I typically only use the pharmacy. Most of the staff in the pharmacy are very helpful and courteous but sometimes the turn around times on getting my prescriptions filled are a little unreasonable. The convenient location to where I live and certainly the polite employees most of all keep me coming back."
